Since I don’t do anything to the Ranger anymore, figured I’d share our trail rig build. It’s my wife’s daily, she named it Yeti. We live close to tons of trails so it’s in 4 low almost every weekend somewhere. I’ll post some, but most of the trail action is on my highlighted story on ig: @alecnavarro.

Bought it brand new from Hemborg ford April 2022 (terrible experience). It was a special order that someone bailed on.

It’s a 2.3 ecoboost Big Bend model optioned out with mid package interior, modular Front bumper, locking rear axle and 4.27 gears.



Immediately installed 35s on 16” fake Walker Evans since I put those on everything.


Added the sleeve thing to the rack in attempt to keep it alive from the start.

Being stock height I beat the bottom on every obstacle possible. Didn’t get good pics but I about ripped the fuel tank out.

Added an Icon 3” lift

Took it to the dunes and was really impressed. Handled mild whoop sections fine.

Added some skid plates, rock sliders/steps and a brace for the tailgate.

Did a K&N intake for cool swooshy turbo noises

Snow wheeled all last winter and it plowed through it well.

Swapped to a better/quieter cheap 35


Changed up the grill and added some 5” lights.


Ran it around the Prairie City short course track.

Been getting more aggressive on the trails and it keeps taking it.

Yes I can can get to the tower from my house in 1.5 hrs so I'm up there dang near every weekend. Recently have been wheeling into all the lakes in the area like Strawberry, Red and Brewer. They are awesome camping spots. Let me know if you want to come up!

Shaver Lake Snow Run 2012 Bald Mtn trail photos

Cool Bronco, I like the walker evens wheels! I have a cabin at Hume Lake, I'll be there this weekend w/ either my CJ7 or my Rhino wheeling around Hume rim trail or Buck Rock.

Took the top all the way off for the first time tonight. Installing the best top trek top tomorrow.
