What trans cooler did you do just a cheapy from Napa?

Iused a Derale from Etrailer.com, its mid grade, 12"x9" I kept the OEM cooler through the trans also, Im undecided if that was a good idea or not. I would be curious to know what anyone's insight is on whether I should take the OEM through the radiator cooler out of the loop or not with the external cooler in place now.

Where you are in the mountains you want the oil going through the radiator to help warm it up when it’s freezing out.

first step in the transformation almost complete, I used TurBros shop to to build a hybrid Prerunner/ Rock Donkey bumper, lots of tubing rems used, I made the driver side out of HREW and the passenger side out of DOM since I tend to hit more stuff on the passenger side.

A wheel bearing starting to go out and some vacation time is now the perfect time to put the minion under the knife. I got a whole week to see how far I can get. Turbro, pictured flexing out while the frame flexes, check out that bed to cab gap.

PS: hopefully you beefed up the frame a ton where that winch is mounted. 12k is beefy for that 1/8" frame rail

Made some progress. The most prograss has been made making more oil stains on Turbros unstained shop floor. Unfortunately getting the correct front pitman arm proved more difficult than anticipated. So I'm kinda stuck making progress til the wagoneer pitman arm arrives. In the meantime I'm doing the SYE on the front output 233C TC and converting the TC to manual shift. If I finish that and still don't have the pitman arm I will start on the back.
I had to reposition the jack stands because the frame sag was so bad it affected the cab and made the doors hard to close. The frames on these trucks are kind of pathetic. Note the bed gap in the first pictures i posted vs the ones below.
