My 1997 Ram was my do everything truck for years. Camping gear and kitchen on one side, tools on the other. Roof tent is great because all your bedding stays in it and out of the way.
Had a 10 gallon fresh water tank in the bed, carried 2 37” spares flat under the tent. Had an aux 20 gallon tank behind the axle, I did over 700 miles between fill ups on multiple ovations. I drove it to the Arctic Ocean with my dad and back to SoCal.
