Hoopdee 94.0 Bronco

Stoked for you dude!

Can't wait to see the 64 kit instal. Mine works so good with just the Q80s. Excited to see and hear someone share about the 64 kit on a similar build.

Update time! Basically the front end is done and I've been driving it for a couple weeks. Been grinding hard on getting everything wrapped up by our new years trip. Bumps and limit straps mounted, odds and ends ect that take forever, Brake lines converted the master cylinder to -3 AN and ran all new stainless brake lines using all -3 fittings and bulkheads (deleted ABS), Final assembly mounting fuse box (not in factory location), intake, resi mounts, coolant expansion tank, bolt the entire front clip back on, paint everything, built a cross member for the radius arm mounts, new grade 9 bolts (shanked) for all the suspension components, and all new ambulance steering.

What tool were you using to flare your hardlines? Where did you get your fittings and tabs from?

Flare tool I use is a Ridgin 37* flare tool. All the fittings, bulkheads and tabs are from kartek I use the steel ones not aluminum I find they hold up better when assembling and disassembling often. Stainless tubing is from Cal Time metals 3/16 OD .028 wall 316 stainless.

Starting on the rear. I Have a 64" Deaver pack ( G2 ) I picked up off @ChristianEwing a few months back. The original Plan was to use the DIY offroad 64" spring under kit they sell the files for this is a "universal application" deal and I was going to have send cut send cut all the files. Well i uploaded all the files and picked all the material specs and it was just under 1000 bucks for just the plate whoaa!! So I hit up @Giant Geoff and picked up the Bronco 64 kit pieces I needed from him for less then the DIY route and I didn't have to fab it all together. I got all the stock crap removed and rivets cut off (those suck). Cleaned the shitty under coating and started bolting up the hangers. Pro tip on the rear hanger just unhook the fill neck for the fuel tank and drop it down and forward a couple inches from the start. This will make getting access to the bolt holes a breeze. Everything lined up and fit great. The front hanger needs one hole drilled out easy enough.

Installed the Solo rear shock mount kit. Fitment was great also. No pro tips just install it.

Got a pretty good deal from down south motorsports on these pimped out sand car shocks chrome will get you home baby. They are brand new fox 2.5" x 12's 3 tube. Down South also did a base line valving on them for me while I was driving down to pick them up. That was cool.
