1994 ford explorer!

Interesting morsel on the fox body master cylinder. I'm running a 2nd gen master on my 1st gen w F150 front brakes and rear 2nd gen discs. It works great. But I'm curious if the Mustang one would work better. Or even an f150/Bronco unit.

So I looked this up lastnight
Stock bore is 1”
Your bore is 1-1/16
Mine is 1-1/8

Bigger more = more volume/less pressure. Single piston disc brakes require more volume than the stock drums so I’d say we’re both juuust fine!

So
The F350 is 1.25".......
The F150 is 1.0625".....
That's interesting that the sploder is the same as the F150. I figured it would be a bit larger.

The port side is flipped, I run a bronco/f150 on my explorer so the line point out for more clearance. 4 piston Wilwood all corners, stops "okay" lol need to do something different.

you might need this Mustang master. It has 3 ports on it. One port for each front wheel and then one port for the rear to share.
The 96-97 rangers with dual piston brakes also run 3 port masters.
