1994 ford explorer!

Yeah the exploder has nice crossmember to run the brake line across. Way nicer to use than trans crossmember. Plus less hard line to run. If you want to run down radius arm then run a line back from the T to pivots

Mine are on the radius arms. Personally i think its safer as there is less points to impact. I know each setup is different but both beams being close together and then considering the beam crossmember its pretty tight. The radius arms really dont have anything they could impact and compromise the line.

with these being 4wd beams theres alot of moving parts that could break in the beam areas (axles, u joints, ect.) i would hate for something to come apart up there and then blow a brake line apart too. they look good on the raduis arm and if youre minding material were talking maybe 5 foot total more hardline...

Alright. Got some things and stuff. First of all, my wheels are back from the CHROMER and they came out ridiculous. Here’s a before and after.
I made a cool little hub cap to mimic a race hub and have it poke out of the wheel a little. I think it’s rad lol. 3D printed with Asa material. 0DAC783F-A075-43EF-9ACC-A765FB447D9D.jpeg

Been checking some random stuff off the list. I hope to have a busy assembly night tomorrow night when the fam goes to sleep.
This stuffs lookin pretty good for how damn rusty it all was.

So rad!

I may have missed it but are you sticking with those factory auto hubs? Or are you going to swap out for WARN or Mile Marker manual hubs? And are you upgrading to Dana 35 or are you keeping it 28?

I have a couple sets of the locking hubs from before converted to D44 outers on mine. I was grabbing them at the junk yard every visit because they were easy to grab. I did smoke a couple of them.
