What exactly was this?

I'm curious. You don't see it much now but years ago you'd see suspension and chassis components either painted or powder coated in this color. I know Camburg and GIANT did a lot of their older kits in this color. I remember walking the offroad expo in the early 2000s and every other truck had parts either painted or powder coated in this dark cement. I'm assuming it was powder coat, just curious if it had a specific name. I have some parts and pieces for my truck id like to get powder coated in this same color. The pics are from random google searches i found in just a couple mins.

Looks like standard rustoleum gray.

The power coat name brand is Cardinal, and the color is GR02.
