Power Tanks, On Board Air Systems...What Are You Using?

This is awesome. Details on what you used and how you made it?
Nothing special really, the cases are like $40 at Harbor Freight and you actually don't need the real Viair 444C compressors, you can use the Chinese knock off ones by the same model number and save some bucks. The rest is all 1/4-20 hardware and wiring. I used two relays and a pressure switch from Horn Blowers that turns on below 90psi and off above 120psi. The little six port manifold came with bolts and I just found it on Amazon for like $6 and the fittings are from Lowes.

Hopping back on the forum and thought I'd chime back in...

I personally went back to the Viair 88P for reliability and familiarity reasons with zero regrets. It's super small, super quiet, and pretty quick. I throw the compressor and a Smittybilt deflator in a 12" Husky tool bag from Home Depot and toss it in the truck every time I head out.

Definitely still want a Milwaukee compressor but pros and cons 🤷‍♂️ I'll get one when I can justify having it around the house and/or on the job site for sure!

That is an awesome deal. I use my m18 compressor everyday since I have a tire with nail where they can't patch it thay goes down to 10psi

For what its worth, aired up all 4 of my tires this morning with my Power Tank from 15 psi to 35 psi in less than 10 mins. Loving this setup.
