on one of mine i just turned down an AN fitting and double o-ringed it

Yes I did. Also why everything is only tacked on.did you leave enough space for a crash-pad on the axle for the bump stop? otherwise you're not gonna cycle as high as you thought you were by the time you add the steel...
Axle is 4.5” over per side to match the front axle lots of clearance last time I checked. I came from rock crawling where everything was close and tight. Currently have 9” from the inside of the tire to the bolts on the bump stop.Also with the bumps close to the narrow ford frames when you check for tire clearance articulate the axle with 1 at bump and other side ride height since the tire will go up further than both fully bumped at once.
