Ttb ball joint moving HELP

Hey guys so I have 4.5 over ttb on my bronco I put new ball joints in for the spindle and got it professionally aligned but after my first trip the adjuster has spun out of alignment. Anyone ever weld it in place to stop it from spinning or no one’s had this problem. Any other suggestions?

Your camber sleeve is definitely jacked up - it's supposed to index on that front tab but yours is all stripped out. My guess is it came loose enough to jump around and do the damage. What was the status of the castle nut and cotter pin? Either way, I'd pick up a new set of sleeves and double check torque before breaking out the welder.

There all torques properly my driver side didn’t move but three of the tabs are broken some how

Local shop doesn’t even touch them near me too much of a hassle my front hasn’t been aligned camber wise only toe don’t even notice problems
