This is my 94 ranger build from the day I got it until current

I ended up buying this truck off of a buddy of mine who i originally went with when he bought the truck when it was bone stock. He had done all the work up til this point. Being the way that I am I had to start doing things to make it my own/clean it up so here’s that.
Made this little plate to cover the steering column.

Update: built a new transmission mount for the truck this weekend shouldn’t have anymore problems with the stupid stock mount anymore keep in mind not the best welder or fabricator but I can glue it together!mount that was in the truck

Do you have solid motor mounts? If not, you'll need to do it now. You'll break the trans housing if you do not.

I do not you think the 2.3 will still break it ??
If so anyone know someone that makes good solid motor mounts for this thing?

And I'm not sure but I think it's less from the torque and more from the leverage and weight of the motor bouncing around?

I was just told this when I did the exact same thing on my truck. I never cracked the housing but I did start getting some leaks that I had never gotten before from the housing.

One this you can do to help is to add some limit straps to the motor which basically will hold it down in place vs building solid motor mounts.

Update: ended up buying the auto fab solid mounts. I also bought a new chrome grille and my buddy Wes @ baja designs hooked me up with a 20” ONX6 light bar so got rid of the old school red ring HID’s and gave the front end a fresh new look got the truck all prepped and headed to superstition for new years tomorrow!

Watched the video . Nice truck! I really like the lights mounted on the side mirrors. Thats a good idea I might have to use in the future!
