hahaha thank you appreciate thatYour "butchery" looks great, Im jealous!
Anything Ive ever notched looks like I did it with a dull hatchet... in total darkness.
OK, PLEASE BREAK IT DOWN FOR A RATARD LIKE MYSELF.
On that corner gusset start by holding it in place marking your cut and this one I band saw first because its a long ass notch. Then tune it in with a flap disk. Test fit, grind, test fit, grind and repeat 20 times then done lolOK, PLEASE BREAK IT DOWN FOR A RATARD LIKE MYSELF.
HOW HOW HOW HOWWWWWWWWWW IN THE FUCK DO YOU MAKE THIS.
i know the cut a pc, bend it, cut, blah blah. but how do you get these notches in?!?!?!?!

Literally that's it. I don't fab full time so its rare I nail a notch on the first shot typically its 69k fucking times back and fourth.so theres realy nothing to it except little by little take some off, test fit, take more off, test fit, repeat like 69k fucking times?
i always assumed people had a magic fucking notcher technique/band saw/chopsaw technique............
no? just fucking spend a day going back and forth from the corner where you want the toob to the grinder/table for about 69 fuckng hours.......... then, walah???

A Pillar tube will get welded to the cabs a pillar directly for the B pillar I have some dimpled died 14 GA plates then along the door bar tubes i'll probably make some 14 ga plates and also at the rear off the C pillar.Looking really good
What’s your plan for tieing the cage to the body?
I was thinking about it and I will probably add tie ins there because I have easy access to it right now and down then road I'll probably gut the quarter panels for fiberglass and bigger tires.Do you think the tube that parallels the bedside between the B and C needs it?
So the V in the back window still needs another tube that will go down to the C pillar junction going to the frame. I just haven't put it in yet. B pillar lands directly on the side of the frame in the middle of the front leaf spring mount.Yes the cage looks good. I would tie those angled tubes down to the frame or out rigger to frame to help spread the load, but realistically the main load will be on the C pillar wanting to get pushed diagonally down to the floor on opposite side if hit in a rollover.
