Ford Ranger 4x4 Prelander Build

This truck and the YouTube channel kept my project alive while I was in college, and now this forum has me close to finishing its first phase. This thread specifically has given me lots of ideas to steal to so thank you for that as well ;)

Now any update Wally????

The first time I’ve driven this pile in years… drove it off the trailer and into my garage.

All thanks to the Fab Lab in Simi…

The truck is close but still needs a lot of love.

More back story to come

YAYYYYYY good job buddy. Small wins are wins! Do not hesitate to give me a ring anytime you need an extra hand or someone to distract you and drink beer, either way, im your guy!

So NORRA ain’t happening.

Ran out of Monies… 🙃

Either way. Here is all the rad stuff Mikey did at The Fab Lab.

Brought to shop - tear down - talk shit on everything - start rebuild.

I helped by buying a foot print peddle and Pool ball grip. I got into playing pool again so I had to get a training cue ball.

Engine back in after some fab and paint.

Fuel lines, Brake lines, and Clutch lines built/installed.

Basically got the truck back running and driving... technically haha.

Mikey did a few things like converting the drive line to a single drive line by deleting the carrier bearing and a bunch of other small things and fixes.

I just told Mikey I needed it to drive on and off a trailer.

Got it on the trailer. Got it off the trailer and in my garage.

Ran out of money and the economy didn't exactly work in my favor (commission) for the last few months and here we are.

I installed wheels/tires, looked at wiring a few times and then looked at it some more after looking at parts again and some more.

Started to work on an intake at this point.
