93’ 22re won’t start, help!!

So a couple months ago I started caging my 1993 Toyota pickup, I bought this truck with an absolute mess of wiring. After it been sitting for a couple months it’ll crank but no start. I’m thinking I had to have moved a wire or a ground on accident and that’s what’s causing this. Another thing to note is my check engine and blinkers won’t come on but hazards work. If you Toyota boys have any ideas on maybe a wire I should look out for please let me know I gotta get this thing ready for desert season!!!!!

Does it have fuel pressure or spark? Did you remove the distributor at one point?
