i have had a drz400 for the last year or so..... wouldnt ever call me a moto dude. I suck worse than most 5 year olds. But it feels good to get out and ride some. Mostly got it to ride to the desert during the season and check out chicks on PCH. lol

talk to @desert_steve he takes his to chris blaise who is supposed to do amazing work. although last time i took my xr there he said it was a POS and needed to be burned. lol He wasnt wrong either.

Nice. I went through and rebuilt the rear shock and cleaned the carb like 2 years ago now (will need to do that again) but just putting the bike all back together and getting her 'organized' is what I need.

Hopefully 4 months isn't too late to chime in on a thread! I'm with CleanDezert on this one though, love to ride... but I doubt my ability qualifies me as a moto dude. I mostly ride single track and dunes, currently on a 08 CRF450. I'll have to log in on my phone to post up pics of any of the machines I have or have restored. I have a soft spot for old Hondas, especially the three wheeled "death traps"

Ive migrated away from tracks and racing but still love swingin a leg over my bike. Mainly just do single track, snow and the occasional dunes trip.
Mines a 2020 450 XC-F. probably hang on to this one for a looooong while. really love this bike and all the mods done to it
