How much of the old fender do you still have? Can you repair it and make new molds from the pair you have?

I only have the one on the driver side. The other one was obliterated during the rollover.
But I have a plan to take a piece of construction paper or cardstock or something and trace out the hole that I need. And then basically mold something out of chicken wire to the back of the headlight holder, header panel thing. And then graft that to the new fenders.

I wonder how far off normal explorer fenders would be, I wonder if you could cut and modify some flanges to get them to bolt up

Well! Here she is boys! I got to say, performance-wise I think this is the best the truck has ever done! I had revalved the shocks, and change the springs to lower the truck a little, and mess with the sway bar a little bit. She has significant less lean and rides great with almost no chop over the small stuff. And lands like coming off a cloud from the jumps.
This year, the jumps at Ford Fest were nowhere near as big. So she really hasn't had a chance to completely aired out
this was the tiny jump on the infield. There was a bigger jump, that was kind of a drop off at the top of the hill all the way in the back. But you couldn't see it very good from standing in the spectator area. So this is pretty much the best picture I got.
So much mud! And so incredibly sticky! Had to have been 200 lb of mud washed off the bottom of the truck the first day alone. Took over an hour at the pressure washer place!

Last run of the day after taking multiple people for a ride, when I pulled up to the line to see if anybody else wanted to go for a ride, one of the guys told me that it sounded like my truck was making a clicking sound when I jumped.


I don't know if the driver side beam mount has moved rearwards or if the passenger side beam is bent? or rotated?
Shaving down the beam jump by jump.

And the sliders on the front shocks are completely hosed! I think it was all the f****** mud. They definitely were not loose and floppy when rebuilding prior to this event

Has anyone used or know anyone who used these? Was thinking about getting some. Or just a set of the nylon ones, current been on the truck for 5+ years

Gonna shave these new fenders once the front suspension is sorted out. Got an idea to cut the fender out around the expo lights

I've got a plan to trim the headlight area of these ranger fenders to fit the expo lights. More than likely it will remain with the ranger front clip. Just need to fix the hood, it's starting to delaminate

Idk what works for you from a function point of view, the Ranger glass just has the look. Do you mean the outer skin is separating from the bracing in the underside of the hood?

Not a big fan of the raptor glass either. My buddy has a ranger and might buy it off me for what I bought it for.

The hood glass is separating, I'll have to take some pictures. All around the outside front of the hood the bottom is disconnected from the top. When I'm towing I can see the hood singing along to the music on the radio.
I'm going I can trim some of the under side back and use a rotary tool to rough it up and put some mat and resin in to bond it back together.
Also bought some of those autofab hood pin. They have thick rubber mounts that the pin slides through. It holds the hood solidly
