Materials:
2x heavy grey scotchbrite pads
2x medium maroon scotchbrite pads
6X 80 grit Bosch hook and loop discs
1 cup acetone
10x cans of Ace & rustoleum premium paint+primer gloss black
Masking: none
Beers: 2X voodoo ranger tallboys
Black boogers: 420
Percentage of paint wasted onto floor and unmasked equipment and parts: 69
Runs: 4; firewall and rear bumper. Damnit.
Trips to the hardware store to buy paint: 2
Times I muttered: “fuck, I fucking hate painting, fuck.” 666

Tools:
Makita orbital sander

Fuel lines roughed in, need more P-clamps & a bag of black zip ties.

Fasteners: NAS1352 SHCS and MS20002C4 washers.

Breaking in the 5.43 gears.
(Motive gears, Strange 3rd, strange 40 spline spool)

Observations after 40 minutes of gentle~ish driving:

-need to put the muffler back on
-route exhaust so it’s not dumped directly under my seat
-windows need to be reinstalled
-aluminum paneling is hellaciously loud
-bypass clicking is louder than before
-37” tensors are nice—don’t feel curbs at all—mostly just “hear” them amplified thru the tin work
-Wilwood 4 piston calipers and race pads on all 4 corners makes for fantastic braking performance
-dick shift knob had uncomfortable ergonomics, so deleted that fucker
