I got the EFI mostly done, just need to tidy up all the wiring. Also made a new drag link out as the other one had a few too many threads showing on the rod end for my liking. So as usual we over complicated and over built it by using 1.5"x .250 4130 N tube, putting in the bend to clear the oil pan, then milled out the middle of the bend and cut a "spline" out of 3/16' 4130 and welded it in.

The spline in the tie rod tube is a great idea. I've never seen that before.

I’m not a huge fans of bends in steering, with beams it can be a necessary evil. The hope is the spline will prevent any flexing in the bend.
