Mounted a new grille and some xl80s behind it 
also mounted a spare fluid holder 
ready for the trip
I need to set a rule that I’m not allowed to drive the truck the night I get to the dez 
ended up flopping her on the side, came around a corner in a wash that dead ended into a 3’ wall locked up the brakes, I need a proportioning valve cause my rear breaks will lock up before the fronts do acting like a hoonhandle the ass end of the truck started passing the front and there was nothing I could do 
I wanted to hit the gas so bad but didn’t know If there was a giant washout on the other side. Tire caught and put it on its side it was super slow flop and the truck was In perfect working order after it happened can’t say the same about my ego 
just sad about the cab 
drove the truck the next day and blew up 3rd gear just like everyone told me I was going to soooo the race was on to get this thing fixed for thanksgiving. Went home and pulled the trans out Sunday night picked one up from Joshua tree Monday after work came home and stabbed it in finished bleeding the clutch and a couple other little things on Tuesday night drove it around the block and loaded up! 
Truck ran great all weekend, I really do need some bigger hubs in the front now almost Everytime I drive the truck hard they come loose but besides that I have no complaints thing absolutely rips new motor is so good
