Hoopdee 94.0 Bronco

I was thinking nut serts I was just unsure how sturdy the factory sheet metal is.
Vibration isn’t that bad on that area of the body like the front so it’s works really well for me my front tube structure has met its end with the flex the frame has from not being caged and needs a replacement plus I’ve seen so many other trucks do the same with no issues and you can bend the sheet metal to make the tabs if needed

I’ve seen a lot of broncos with like 6in of sheet metal left around and the glass bolted to that.

Late to the party... I used nutserts and Auto Fab body panel mounts for the Bedsides. They've taken a good beating and still holding up!

Once you cut up the body did you add anything to support the factory sheet metal the nut seats are in? I got one side done and it seems pretty sturdy once it's all bolted down. The sheet metal is pretty flimsy when the glass is not bolted in. Just wander about longevity with no extra sheet metal bracing.

As mentioned by the_falab, add supports to the wheel opening. I added supports at the wheel openings. 1" tube welded to the body with a nutsert tab attached to the end for the bedside.

Cool I was planning on lower corner supports with 1" tube already. Thank for all the input everyone.
