Prettiest angle iron Ive ever seen!
Im 6'0" and my knees actually sit under the rear grab handle bar and behind the 2 on the B pillar. I was trying to kill 2 birds with one stone give the rear passenger (my 2 small kids) a grab handle and also support the harness bars because they're only 1" tube.Curious why you did the harness bar support tubes that way? Seems like if you flipped the bend directions you’d give the passengers a ton more room
Rotabroach!! Only took about 2 hoursHell ya looks good dude. I do think you’re wild for drilling all that angle iron though.
It was a prebent and prenotched kit. All those tubes where included. I don't think I would be able to accomplish that roof layout if i had to do it by hand.i missed it originally, or not and im forgetting/too lazy to look for my post, but the way you did the roof X over the driv./pass. head.............
that had to be so fucking fun bending it and notching it..........
as i look at those tubes, im silently screaming FUCKIN SHIT! GOTTA CUT ANOTHER ONE! FUCK!

Joe had those same aluminum hoods pins snap just like that. Didn’t even know this shit happened last weekendOffroad Expo Update: Decided to drive the family in the bronco to the expo Saturday and had an eventful drive on the 55 Fwy. The piece of shit Mcqueen fiberglass hood is built very flimsy and would flutter pretty bad around 60 MPH on the highway come to find out. Well this fluttering caused the aluminum Aero Catch hood pins to snap first on the driver side. I immediately start jamming over to the right shoulder from the left lane slowing down as much as I could safely as soon as I pulled into the right most lane the passenger side pin snapped and caused the hood to fly up and block the windshield we were still going about 30 MPH when this happened. My wife instantly jumped out of her seat and hung out the window guiding me around a pole an into the dirt on the shoulder. Removed the hood and threw it in the back of my friends trucks and proceeded to the expo now hoodless. Still waiting on a response from McQueen to see of they'll be able to repair it for me. Side note I talked to a guy with a very nice black bronco in the terra crew building that had the same hood and hood pins. He experience the same exact problem while driving at 60 in the desert. This is what makes me think its a quality issue more then anything with the hood.
