Then do it in way that isn't so full bore. Just counting calories is a start. Target 2500 calories and weight will come off. Maybe slowly, but slow and consistent is better than burnt out and going backward. Eating cleaner will allow more food with the same calories generally. Water / Calories / Protein / Fiber.
If your diet is burning you out, then you will not stick to it.
 
Yes, @Cleandezert, I know you were going all in with the Peleton and such but a nice 2 mile walk loop near the house should only take about an hour at a leisure pace. Bonus if it has any elevation. Any movement is good movement. If it doesn't seem like work, you might be more inclined to not avoid it. Or do both.

Hard to argue with that. I would be in the same mindset. Start starving yourself now, starve yourself on the way down, and skip breakfasts? Think of it as pre-running your body. :ROFLMAO:

Another 5 days at the gym last week. hit a 185 deadlift PR set of 10... pretty stoked on that gunna get 225 a rip this week I think
Ripped a 8 mile Amish mtb ride yesterday with my son, his hockey buddy and his dad.

Got home needed to pick up the motor home for Dezertfest. so hopped on the bike for a little 10miler of course adding in some bonus dirt miles 1200ft of climbing
