We are gonna have to wait for July to flip the calender…. She jumped the gun…

I’ve been plugging away at the inner fender wells and trying to sort out the wiring in the engine compartment.
-Fender wells installed
-Main wiring harness secured
-built the air cleaner mount

too do list in the engine compartment.
-Finish routing electrical
-mount radiator and window washer reservoirs
-find a better spot for my trans cooler
-install hood, grill and all that other crap

Then on to the bumper, skid plate and winch

I will keep the bronco black for a while, but I asked chat GBT to make a picture of a bronco with the paint job of my old 95 f250…

Pretty cool

I had to move the whole wiper motor towards the front of the truck then down a bit. So I built a tab off the cage and drilled into the stock sheet metal area.
In doing that I had to cut out a portion of the lower sheet metal area that houses the wiper linkages.
Then I had to shorten the linkages and actually I shortened the tab that spins on the motor.

Essentially the fix was to reduce the amount of “swing” the linkages move and scoot the whole motor assembly away from the tube that it was crashing into.
I’ll post the pictures I have and if you want a closer look let me know and I’ll snap some close ups when I get home.

I should know in about a week how mine will look when I start doing those tubes. I'll reach out for those pics if I need some ideas. Thank you

Sounds very similar to the hack-fuck work I just did, only with slightly better documentation! Hahaha

The little things are kicking my ass on the front end,
The 92-96 front end kinda sucks lol
Well actually I’m a cheap ass and bought a bunch of bootleg parts off Amazon rather than OEM or OEM quality parts.

My grill and headlight mount chingaderis arrived broken… last year….. but I didn’t pull it out till this week so it got the zip tie treatment. I’m sure it’ll wiggle and break more once I’m up and driving.

Light bulbs and bulb sockets are in the mail. before all that goes on I wanted to get everything done in the engine compartment done so I’m not working over all the headlight crap

This video doesn’t show much of anything, mostly that I spent way too much time making a radiator resi and window wash bottle mount.

It’s a good i don’t do this for a living cause I am sooooo slow 🤣 But I’ll keep plugging away and she’ll be done some day.

Also permatemply mounted my trans cooler, more or less just to get it in place to fire the truck. The placement is less than optimal, it sits way too low, but I’ll throw some fans on and get it mounted ligit at a later time.
