I had full intentions on getting the bumper and trim pieces on last night, but after having to trash a few pieces of tube that I feel like I spent an hour on fitting up i was over it

Yeah real basic double sheer with 1/8 chromo, I also made a weld washer that will catch the top of the hole as well.

I have a whole laundry list of shit that I need to do in the beams after I get the bronco operational.

- build doublers and box in double sheer on knuckles
- cut the stock pivots and weld In Uniball cups
- cut out shitty welds on shock mounts and re weld
- plate and truss up the beams
- pull diff and inspect. I had a suspicious noise coming from the front drivetrain only in 4x4 so that’s where I’ll start.

I didn’t get the grill and all that stuff on tho, I wanted to get all that stuff on for ya before posting ,

I had half of one of them THC seltzers so my mind was on popcorn…. not headlight and grill installs or posting in the correct area of the form

Tonight was a fail, but I think I will report wasted nights as well as productive ones.

- removed the bumper, cut out some material to make room for the skid plate.
-On to the skid plate.
tacked the tabs and took some measurements. Easy peasy…..

-Dicked around trying to fit the skid plate for way too long.
My stupid ass bend on the lower tube really screwed me up. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN AN EASY PART!

Anyways, trashed that skid plate. Then I CAD drew up skid… which I should have done in the first place.

I feel like this would have been a good post in a daily because there really wasn’t an update just me spending the evening making a template for a skid plate and tacking some tabs.

good way too put it.

We bought this house back in 21ish, the guy that had the house before had this bad ass dog kennel set up, he trained service dogs- policy, bomb, drug, ect…

So after we bought it I converted it into a shop

The square looking things on the floor were the kennels, after gutting the interior I had some concrete pour to fill them in.
Then inclosed the structure.






used that 2” insulation board you get at homedepot.

Part of the reason the bronco was on hold for so long is was cause I had to get this shop together…
ohh and kids….

Thanks dude!, I lucked out soooo much with being able to get a house with a “shop”

although I think if the previous owner had saw what I did to his dog kennel he would have shot me on site

The concrete is relatively shallow so I’ve got some cracks already.
