Trailer Park Pro-Lite

When I welded up these mounts and then welded them to the frame I thought to myself "self, these aren't going anywhere." But cutting them off was a horrific bitch! And still gotta cut the bumps off.
Looking at mounts. Somehow my math isn't quite mathing

The 62" with is from the outside of the rotors. It's just easier for me to measure from there

I'm trying to find more pics of ranger with D44 beams

Using this one as reference so far.
All the old pics on dezert-rangers are gone. And the site was down last time I looked

So, I want to keep the manual shift in the truck. Found a M5R2 4x4 from a buddy but it doesn't have the transfer case. I see that there are several different opinions on what might fit within the frame rails of the ranger.
Who has swapped a 4wd M5R2 into a ranger? (Or know some one who has that I can reach out to)
What t case did you use? What would you do different or keep the same?
I'm not trying to reinvent the wheel. Just easiest/best bang for the buck?

Been building mounts, will have pics of the beams hanging off the front of the truck by the end of the weekend. (Waiting on heim bungs and uniball cups from Polly performance for true mock up)

I think the quickest way to achieve this swap is to lift the engine up off the crossmember. Cut the rivets out and replace the 2x4 engine x member with a 4x4 one. Then order the gofastexplorer d44 conversion bracket. Those brackets will bolt up to your new 4x4 crossmember and let you bolt those beams right on. I believe it gives you a total of 4” wider track width if the beams are stock width.
