I am looking for a small business or even someone solo or one that does this on the side type of thing; that doesn't have a million clients and can't help/won't respond to emails or phone calls.

I use and still use Don Masters CPA in Phoenix, AZ. Nevermind Just talked to him and he merged with a larger firm in OR and is no longer taking on any new clients. Good Luck.
