Just saying the tabs that you bonded in with the glass overlays are cool. When we have to add bonded items to composite structures sometime at work we put an over lay of composite over the bond and call it a "wet tie".

Going to weld nuts on the tabs so you can get to the bolts from the inside of the cab.

Fenders didn’t have enough flare to clear at bump so anyways we started cutting…

Starting to flare up as we go out but it looks OK I guess.

Cutting it multiple times across to get a gradual flare ended up making the top flare up as well making a TT look so we ditched that idea (passenger side is now trash if anyone wants it for mockup) and pie cut the front of the fender more to get the tire clearance and kept the top as flat as possible.

The plan is to add material to the back of the sharp areas so we can block sand it to flow again. I like this a lot better than the TT look we were getting out of the other method.
