JRI Gen1 Raptor

I really want to tear this thing down and get it dirt ready or ready enough to actually use real soon. The only problem is two is one and one is none, need to fix our 2006 Ram so Mama can drive that while the Raptor is apart, of course the Subaru is always an option...

Only been sitting for a year because I tore it apart to fix its first oil leak @ 280k

OK, back to the Raptor. I have a light hum, off throttle and light on throttle. It was re-geared like 4 or 5 years ago, so there could be a bearing issue showing up now, I hope not. I decided to check the rear diff fluid level, she was full. Then I was going to jack it up and pull the driveshaft to spin the pinion yoke by hand and when I was jacking it up I noticed the right rear tire scrubbed a little, hmmm....right rear wheel bearing has a bit of play in it, I guess I'm buying new rear wheel bearings to put in my stocking this Christmas.

Not sure if this is an issue, but it does not seem right to me. I do not have the exact history but I believe the Deavers have been on the truck since new.

Here you can see separation of the leafs at droop (driver side rear end of spring). I would not think this is a big deal if it was the same on the passenger side, but it is not.

Pass side rear (not much separation compared to drv side)

Pass side front (more separation on the front of the pack compared to none on drv side)

Does anyone know what it cost to drop them off at Deaver for a refurb?
