End of March check in. Down a total of 34lbs. Ate like shit one day last weekend while camping with friends. Still loosing so that is good. Feel like I really need to kick my butt a little. Been slacking on the 5am stationary bike since the time change. Let’s shoot for an even 40 at the end of April…

I need to start eating better now that I'm in my offce all day working. Snacking is what is killing me since I snack when i'm bored.

actually, as of this morning at 4am, ive lost uno mas pound'es. ever since the new year i've just beeen fucking gaining weight for some reason.
yogi chicks not so interested in chub chub chuuuuuuuubyyyyyyyyy handifucked guy. theyre interested in shredded and jacked handifucked guys.

That is hard for me as well. I have jerky, or nuts usually when I snack now instead of chips.

I also have really limited what i drink. I find that hot coffee will let me last til lunch without food. then a black coffee on ice curbs my cravings in the afternoon.
 
Yeah I usually drink a Baja Blast Zero around 10. Then lunch at noon and then i'm good till dinner at 5ish. I have some jerky or smoked tri tip i can eat some when i'm needing food which is better than chips or other stuff since it's keto just meat.

Now I dont know much... but i feel like even a zero baja blast might not be the best... What makes it sweet... and what does that do to you? I am trying to stay away from those tempations.... I either drink, water, coffee, or once a week i have a sparkling water. Maybe once a month a diet coke.

The more i try and eat better and listen ot RFK, the more i question what these labels are on food and what bullshit they are feeding us. I try to do fresh items as much as i can.
 
Yeah Zero sugar soda's have all kinds of crap sweetener's in them that aren't good for you that's for sure.

After AM coffee, start drink a gallon of water a day. You wont have time to worry about any other variation of liquid
