I would say yes at this time
i try, waking up is incredibly hard for me. Since the time change its been brutal. i am gone from 6:30-7 every day between my commute and work, So it only leaves me a couple hour for dinner and spending time with my daughter before i am in bed by 9:30-10. I just gotta cut in my my sleeping time more...... and to be honest the best part of my entire day is sleeping i love sleep. When I was working out and on a meal plan back in 2012 I would wake up and workout for 1 hour at 4:45am so I could drive to work after. Maybe an early morning workout option is in the cards but I am unsure of your work/pre work schedule with the wife and kid
Hell yea dude! Keep it up... you looked when I saw you a few weeks back at Lasertown. I hear you on the no time.. but that's honestly how it is for everything. You have to make it a priority and you will make the time. Stoked of you. Like I mentioned in the hockey thread you should start skating again... shits a work out.end of april check in. Down a total of 40lbs now since beginning of the year. My goal for the end of May is 50... so going to try and put in some extra work at night working out. Right now that is the hardest part for me. I dont feel like i have much time to do anything, so splitting out an hour is hard.
I have to say this thread and group has helped.. Its nice to have the support of peers.Hell yea dude! Keep it up... you looked when I saw you a few weeks back at Lasertown. I've been trying to get my back on the bike that was one of my goals this year.
Starting back up with Tuesday 6:30 AM rides with @the_fablab_
Wednesday Roller hockey practice
Riding in the Thursday MTB group again after about a year off.
Saturday Am Ice Hockey practice -usually not a big work out, more running drills / yelling at the kids.
Going to try to get another ride in with the kids each week. I've got a seat for my Daughter so she can ride on my bike and then a tow strap for my son on his bike on the up hill... we did a little 5 mile rip with 900 Ft of climbing, shit was a work out for me haha and the kids loved it.
Need to get some fresh batteries in my scale I have no idea where I'm at.
I still need to clean up the diet if I'm being honest.. too much " keto friendly" things ( tortilla, bread) still have been contemplating carnivore diet.
Agreed. That's what it is all about man.I have to say this thread and group has helped.. Its nice to have the support of peers.
I dont know man, I did it for years and it sucked every single time haha. Ive been trying to wake up between 0500-0530 and workout and FML its been a challenge haha.Waking up early like 430 sucks for a while but after a week or so it becomes second nature. Also I wouod do it everyday so it becomes normal.
Keep that foot on the gas brother!early update for the month. I have been sick for the last week, like sicker than i have been in along time. Havent had much appetite... but its a little win for me, without eating much this week, i am down a total of 50lbs. lol Shouldnt be so excited as this isnt good for me, but its a small win to meet my goal of 50lbs by summer.
no i am not... but figured i would take it knowning that it helped with my goal... i love food and am fat as fuck, no way i would not eat voluntarily. lolDefinitely not a good thing to lose all that weight by NOT eating.
You trying to be like AnnaNicole/Paris Hilton?? I think that was their name? Anarexic?!?!? haha
As far as what Tommy said, I got you all beat.
Into the ICU @ 240lbs, spread all over.
Immediately on a feeding tube for 3 months while in a coma & down to 170ish.
Woke up from coma and l re-learned how to eat, chew & swallow whole foods..... you couldn't keep the pop tarts, sour gummy worms, cookies, or brownies out of my vicinity. Left the hospital 8 months later at 230, ALL in my big ol' belly!
I win! Baahahah do not recommend doing that though.
Anyone have any insight into peletons? There are a million used ones, so thinking of picking one up. Thoughts?
I see different thing about the subscriptions from $40 a month to $20 a month. Also you have to have cycling shoes? Anyway around that? is it worth it, or just a gimic?

You can do the same thing using a standard stationary bike, but Peloton makes it more of a community/entertaining to use. If you don't want cycling shoes, you can probably replace the pedals with standard flat pedals from amazon for cheap (under $30)
