I wouldn't sweat being plus or minus 200-400 calories on the day to day. Obviously you are eating the right things if you aren't hungry enough to want to the house... I eat a shit load of nuts...(i know GAYYYYYYY ) just looked it up .
A handful of macadamia nuts, typically 10-12 nuts or about 1 ounce (28g), contains roughly
200-204 calories, making them calorie-dense due to their high healthy fat content, with around 22 grams of fat and 2-3 grams of carbs and protein. Portion control is key, as they're a satisfying snack but can quickly add up in calories.
eat some of those and you'll be styling.
