The old ranger I had I bought from Sean I believe, Dana 44 ttb up front fully caged and linked, took around 5-6 years to complete, sold it to a guy in either north or South Carolina can’t remember. Really miss that truck now.

Before I sold the ranger I picked up this complete original owner bronco for $2900 ( right before prices skyrocket) the day I sold the ranger I went straight to desolate and bought a complete package from them, did the complete frame down fully brand new. And it sat in my shop completed and I never drove it because the paint was nearly perfect on it and didn’t want to scratch it, Then sold it dec 2021.

Currently we have 2 can-am x3 the family wagon (4 seater) and the ex racer (2seater) . I know I know eeewww golf carts, logistically these things are great for getting around when we prerun now for races now. I do miss the big prerunners weight in big holes and the comfort of that but I have learned to manage.

I don’t know why I didn’t do this sooner but second set of stock upper arms were blown out so I finally got some better ones at Kartek, also replaced both hubs and 4wd actuators as well.

Big Fan of Total Chaos... Actually going for an MTB ride with Nicole next weekend. Also you should buy a 4x4 Ford Ranger again. Just saying

Everything is pretty much still going…. My F-150 just hit 200k a few weeks ago still going good, the wife’s 4 seat can-am is stripped to frame in the front from a incident and getting rebuilt, the 2 seat can-am just spent time with KWI clutching to get it tuned and ready for KOH23.

As I wrapped up working on the 2 seat canam the other day looking around my shop it hit me that I have a bunch more cars in there and more room still but they were all golf carts and not big prerunners and thought I need to find something to fill that need in the coming months.

I’ve been using my wife’s car to prerun races we do for the 5 cars and found a few cracks in the front end so I got a weld in gusset kit for it. Crazy how fast you can crack these things but still not bad for what they can do and the upgrades you can do to prevent it too. For now just patch this one up and then after KOH the 2 seater will become a prerunner and maybe invest in a 23 x3 and build that if my wife lets me.

Getting ready to leave tomorrow for Mexico until Sunday we are doing a trip from SF to Loreto.

Trip sounds like a dream trip for me....

Do ME a favor and document it? Maybe write up a trip report?
