Adventure Endeavor's TTB Grand Wagoneer Build

So originally we just had the factory Jeeps radiator resealed, we figured it could cool the old 5.9 so the LS wouldn't have issues. It honestly cooled just fine but kept leaking. So I eventually caved and bought a factory replacement 3 core aluminum radiator.

We bought it online from Radiator express for 350.00 shipped. So far it's been great.

Dang it's been a while since I've updated this thread! Time flies when you are having a good time. Earlier this summer @the_fablab_ flew out to meet us and we hit the Oregon Dunes.

The entrance in was an adventure. We did Siltcoos sand camping. Luckily we had the Jeep and @the_fablab_

Mike drove the jeep a lot of the trip, which seemed right considering he built it.

Finally made it to camp.

The dunes are pretty wild, with lakes, forests, and ocean. We had to be careful not to go over a razor into a lake haha

We put the kids in the Ram, which is built as well and does our daily towing. The adults took turns beating on the jeep.

Its always something and it seems to be a little more difficult to maintain while living on the road fulltime. Noticed a loud hissing, and lack of power in the brakes.

It wasn't a terrible job, but it's never fun laying under the dash for an extended period of time. Since we have been on the road I've replaced a proportioning valve, brake line, water pump, tensioner pully, and booster. Not bad, ill eventually have the 35-year-old parts all replaced lol.

Seriously I love this thing and am planning on doing the same thing to my Sequoia minus the LS swap because its already got a solid motor and trans. Also keeping it linked out back with cantilever coilovers too. Such a clean setup without needing a cage and losing the creature comforts of stock interior minus storage things you want to add
