Little more of the finished product. We were able to leave enough room for bypasses down the road.

We actually used the stock front leaf spring hanger but modified it substantially.

Added a hitch as a recovery point. Obviously it can be used for anything else as well. The Jeep will be on the road full-time, so potentially a bike rack or whatever. If you look closely you can see the rear shocks poking out just above the square tubing we added.

The goal was to have it out and running in 3 weeks. We kind of hit that goal, everything seemed good besides no reverse. We took a chance on a used 4l80e and it did not have reverse. Other than that the jeep was "finished"🤣

This video shows a little more detail.

Our first trip out in the Jeep was to Gorman. Overall, I was pretty happy with the Jeep. We did end up doing some pretty sketchy switchbacks considering the Jeep was freshly built. Brakes were not working that well and it was actually running slightly rough.

The Jeep did pretty well, and we were actually invited to attend SEMA. Us not the Jeep lol but we drove it all the way to Vegas anyways. It made it all the way from Gorman to Las Vegas with minimal issues and got about 17 to 18 mph gallon.

Here's a quick video of our time at SEMA. It's pretty dang fun and we were able to get a RV park right across the road which was nice and convenient. If you ever get a chance to go we would highly recommend it.

After the Milestar Shoot we took off for our first BIG trip. The plan was dirt from Joshua Tree, Laughlin, Nelson NV and then finishing up at Jean. Overall the trip was epic in general.

We had a variety of trucks. The Jeep lead the way for most of the trip, then we had two built Toyota pickups, one partially built Toyota, a ford Raptor and a 4runner.

Random spot we found in the middle of Mojave. It's amazing what is out in the desert.

We made it to Laughlin just before dark and decided to grab a hotel. It was very windy and cold AF, this trip was right before Christmas last year. Only truck not pictured was the 4runner, it couldn't fit in the parking garage 😂

The next day we took Christmas tree pass out of Laughlin towards Nelson. There were quite a few mining areas that needed some exploring. Along the way we also ran into some 4x4 sections, with a stock raptor and a few 2wd trucks we decided to turn around.
