Plan:
-build bed cage to fit the 18in triple tube bypasses that came with the truck
-2 spare tires in the back
-some sort of roll bar or roll cage

Took the leaf pack apart

Whoever originally installed the bump stops decided it was a good idea to have it bump off of the u bolt lol.

Squishy brakes is air in the system, firm yet falling is leaky cylinders, leaky fittings lead to no brakes and good times.

This looks like a fun little truck, can't wait to see it in action. I have a wider rear axle that will mostly drop in if your interested.

I highly recommend a Motive power bleeder for doing the brakes. For Toyota you will have to use the Motive 1101 cap or the complete 0101 which include the power bleeder and cap needed. I used it for my Tundra and didn't spill a drop and cured my squishy brake problem. For what it's worth, I can bleed the brakes on my car with 8 bleeders total in less time than it takes me to get the car on jack stands and remove the wheels.

First trip out was definitely a success!

The rear window decided to shatter from a rock getting thrown in the rear window

The truck worked great and I'm beyond stoked with how it came out!

Next:
-The rear end is way too stiff and shocks need to be revalved and rebuilt.
-Need a new rear window, thinking lexan
-Bedsides need to be mounted and tail lights wired up/mounted
-Front lightbar

Hell yes!

This thing is rad ! I have a rear window I'll sell for cheap .

Bring this bad boy out to Pedals and Pints on Saturday in TO

Elliott

Keep a glass window back there and figure out some paneling to stop rocks from doing that. Leave scratches super bad.
