Mind if I join in on this? Not sure where to start as far as exercise, dieting/fasting isn’t really an option since my blood sugar will drop. But I’ve lost a few pounds just from portion control, and cutting excessive sweets/soda.
Anyway I’m turning 31 at the end of the month, I’m 5’6” and 230lbs.. and I’m recovering from a back injury at work. My weight didn’t cause the injury, but it sure didn’t help with recovery. I need to do better.
 
guys, i've been really fallin off the wagon the past week or so................
i fucking bought 2 little bags of Reece's because they were 50% off Easter candy and im an idiot......... ate both of those within a week. just been buying a lot of "well, one cookie here is fine, or one of these is fine" recently. i know weigh ins aren't till tomorrow but i got a fucked up brain and said i want to prepare myself for tomorrow when i fucking break the scale and............ 2fuckingeightfuckignteen.

If not that trade your sweets addiction for a caffeine addiction. Or bump up to crack…. Just gum it so you don’t get addicted

trust me................ im already a fucking caffeine addict. i drink coffee and water and THATS IT. NOTHING ELSE. hah
i've used apps before, i've cut out sweets all together before, ive cut out sugar before.............. all worked.
until i stopped using them becasue i thought i was good and it took too much effort. then they didnt work........... hah

i think crack is the only one i havent tried. too many bad reviews online about that one. but fuck.......... its my last choice.

A couple pounds down, 228.6

I did pretty good with my eating and being active last week, so Ill attribute my newfound skinny-ness to that.
 
Sorry I was MIA. I was misbehaving and scared 🤣🤣🤣 also busy but it’s all excuses. Still 174.8 today though, so I guess I wasn’t too bad! Baby turns 1 next week. I need to stop riding the “it’s ok, I just had a baby” wave and get off my ass already 🤪

Going to attempt to get back into running a mile in the morning at the gym instead of riding the bike or walking. Will report back next week see if that helps be get back to sub 200. Trying to get down to @WW_RANGER_X fighting weight
