Mind if I join in on this? Not sure where to start as far as exercise, dieting/fasting isn’t really an option since my blood sugar will drop. But I’ve lost a few pounds just from portion control, and cutting excessive sweets/soda.
Anyway I’m turning 31 at the end of the month, I’m 5’6” and 230lbs.. and I’m recovering from a back injury at work. My weight didn’t cause the injury, but it sure didn’t help with recovery. I need to do better.
 
guys, i've been really fallin off the wagon the past week or so................
i fucking bought 2 little bags of Reece's because they were 50% off Easter candy and im an idiot......... ate both of those within a week. just been buying a lot of "well, one cookie here is fine, or one of these is fine" recently. i know weigh ins aren't till tomorrow but i got a fucked up brain and said i want to prepare myself for tomorrow when i fucking break the scale and............ 2fuckingeightfuckignteen.

i'm so fucking ridiculously consistent and hard on myself about working out & yoga & all sorts of other shit....... but when it comes to my diet and food......... i SUCK MAJOR D&CK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
