Gains... I wonder what you body comp changes have been as far as fat/muscle %.

I was good for a mile of my two mile loop without weight yesterday. I was real intermittent for the next mile. Parts of my legs kind of hate me today. I might try it again today or just put on the pack and aggressive walk it. I realized also midway that I haven't ran/jogged any distance without a treadmill since PE class. :LOL:

Not sure to be honest... should have done one of those scans

Still got a long way to go but this is 6 months ( 124 days of checking in at gym )

Update: F Jogging... My knees are still weak / feeling some pain up and down stairs. I did a short hike down to the bottm of the canyon and back up behind work with my 30lb pack and was real slow coming back up due to tenderness. I will stick with bike rides and weighted hikes for a bit. Maybe try jogging again when I am 10-20 lbs lighter.

Even walking man at incline like you have been doing shit burns a ton of calories... I'd say until you plateau just keep doing what you are doing

No, it was just my body. I got a good mile straight on my loop and then went jog / walk/ jog as I could.
