203.1 too much weight gain 4000 again...

Saturday Am we ripped a 50 pack of burpees 5 pushup for 10 then 4 push ups for 10, etc. Going to up it 2 todays a week

Tmw is day 100 in the gym... week 24

Flat bench this am
135 10 reps
185 clean for one this am 2 more with a little help from my buddy pulled 25s off and finish out the set with 135
155 clean 6 reps then needed a little help on last 4

Getting stronger but seems like it's taking for ever to push past 155lb / ten reps clean

Gunna keep hammering though 🦾🤡 Progress is progress

I was pretty much flat this morning. Too much snacking while watching supercross at a friends. I did 9.06 mile walk from NP to the beach Sunday. My hips are a little sore today. Heading to Idyllwild tomorrow through the weekend. Plan on getting a bunch of MTB miles in and maybe some miles on the Chevrolegs. Hopefully that will get me in a better spot next Monday.

fuckme.
as of yesterday i went 3 weeks and 6 days w/ no sugary sweets/chocolate bars/bullshit alike also. i planned for 4 weeks, which would have been today, but then with yesterday being Easter and all the chocolate shit everywhere......... i just couldnt be strong enough. but i went most of the day, then in the afternoon i was kind of like, ehhhh fuck it, its easter! i can have an Oreo muffin!
but then when i went to change the 4 week event in my calander to end it today(yesterday) i noticed that it was just one day short. so i said a super fuck it and ate a small bag of chocolate covered pretzels as well................


eating those few things isn't what made my weight jump up 4 fuckking pounds, right? no. it couldnt of just been that one day and it couldnt of been that fucking quick. i didnt gain 4 fucking lbs overnight just by eating a few chocolate things yesterday.

whatever. put me down for 218 and ill try again tomorrow morning if i remember and see then.
 
After many days of San Felipe eating, my scale said I was/am 231.2lbs this morning.

That said, I woke up early today and hit the treadmill and did some body weight exercises this morning. Time to stop making excuses and start getting it done!
 
I went up to our cabin in Idyllwild for my daughters spring break with the intention of getting some excercize around the spring cleaning of all the pine needles and leafs around the property. I put in 63.6 miles with 8754 elevation on the e-bike over 4 rides, and 16.4 miles and 3732 elevation between a hike and a dog walk. I was a little worried as I was having some adult beverages at night, but it all worked out.

271.8 this morning.

On the spread sheet, 219 only puts you up 1.5 lbs from last week. Or 3 pounds up from your best of 215. You are still 1lb down from where you started and every minute from the time you stepped off that scale is time you Get To make good choices and get movement in.

yeah yeah. but i track/weigh myself every Mon for you fucks, and Weds. for my own tracking thing and on 4/1 i was at 214....
