Vans HD build LSK

How come nobody criticized the single shear pitman arm bolt!!? With unwelded tube attached, and loose bolts on it too.

Man, everyone is lacking on the efabbing here!! LOL
The group must be really pissed off at the bus of nuns that this thing will take out since no one said anything lol

Got the glass, bumper on to do initial trimming. If anybody has any tricks on getting fiberglass cut lines strait Id gladly accept them. Also got my Bronco back from Richer racing. Those guys are awesome.

I make sweeping marks for the cut I want with a pencil. Once I'm satisfied with the shape/smoothness of the curve, I go over it with a marker and use the cut off disk on an angle grinder to cut just short of that line. Then use a flap disk to bring it to the cut line. Once I have it pretty solid, I wrap my sandpaper around a small 2x4 block and use that to hit the lumpy areas. That's been my method I've used on maybe 10 sets of fiberglass now, and it works well.

More pics of the Bronco! Jonny and Andrew and team are cool dudes!

yep, cut off wheel, flap, sand is pretty much the same way I do it. If you do a good enough job with cut off wheel, no need for flapping. Flap moves material super fast, so gotta be careful
