Stock D44 TTB Measurement?

Just bought some Threat 4.5” extended beams and planning on cutting them down back to stock length and welding a uniball on the end. Does anyone have some stock d44’s laying around that could get me some measurements?

Looking for length from the top ball joint to pivot as accurately as possible. I know they are around 37” / 29” but trying to get them perfect.

Also looking for width of the pivot bushing so I know what size unibal cup / misalignments to get.

If you cut them down to be stock with the Radius Arm will hit the Beam pivot and not work.

Are you talking about the beams being too wide to fit into the pivot mounts? If so, yes I figured I would have to narrow them about an inch at the ends to match the width of the uniball cups

On equal length, the Beam Pivots stick out of the frame a little bit, and you can only go so narrow before the Radius Arm collides with one of the Pivots and you can’t get it to stock width.

Gotcha, I am keeping these unequal length and will be used with a standard d44 ttb crossmember

OK, if they are extended beams with the stock pivot points, the narrower you go, the more you gotta put a front to rear curves into the arms to clear one beam, pivot, and the crossmember. I know the Ranger needs more curve where the F150 the arm is more straight, but still, the theory still resides when you go narrower.
