Does anyone happen to have a 2.5 sway away resi c/o torn down or have a IFP from one laying around so I can get some measurements. The oring groove in mine seems smaller than any of the ones I saw online. The provided o ring in my seal kit barely squeezes into the groove and there's no way it's going into the resivoir without extreme force.
Tell me I'm a idiot using the wrong oring or if somethings off here. Im at a loss. The Coilovers have had a long life before I got them is it possible someone swaped the ifp? Did sway away run a diffrent ifp o ring at any point?

You are not wrong, it is too big. It may be the O-ring for the seal block/head that goes in the main cylinder.

Try one of the orings on the resi end caps
Those seem to be correct size, I guess im more trying to determine if that large oring (seems to be standard in all the seal kits for the 2.5 ifp) is the standard size and my ifp is just different for whatever reason. If I can get the groove measurements from a standard ifp I'll just throw my ifp in the lathe and open up the groove to except the o ring
