SGT Crawl (41 Power Wagon)

The process is a bit slower but way faster.

Blue tape layout, blue tape to cardboard transfer, cardboard image added to Fusion 360 and traced with correct dimensions, extruded to solid and converted to G code for the plasma table. Making one part would be a waste. But in this case I will need 6 of these exact plates. Once on the table it will cut a part in 67 seconds. Total cut length per part is 4.2 feet. So slower but faster.

If you havenโ€™t cut the hole in your cab on the passenger side. You can use tape on the driver side and then peel it back flip it inside out and use it on the passenger side to get the hole so itโ€™s not so big. Old, mini trucker trick. IMG_3554.jpeg
