SGT Crawl (41 Power Wagon)

The process is a bit slower but way faster.

Blue tape layout, blue tape to cardboard transfer, cardboard image added to Fusion 360 and traced with correct dimensions, extruded to solid and converted to G code for the plasma table. Making one part would be a waste. But in this case I will need 6 of these exact plates. Once on the table it will cut a part in 67 seconds. Total cut length per part is 4.2 feet. So slower but faster.

Concept to real parts. My settings are dailed. Very little clean up, I tapped them on the bench and hit the front with a DA to look nice. I used a 5 gallon propane tank to shape the plates.
