Been workin on this project for the last year.
It's an 04 tacoma
3rz with a blower, small pulley extra injector
Dual cases with a 4.7 in the front case

I built the axles as well
Front is SD60 5.13, grizzly locker, ball joint deletes
Rear is a GM 14 bolt, shaved, 5.13, grizzly locker

3 link front with swayaway 3.0x12 coilovers
Used a FJ80 steering box so the pitman arm is forward facing which allowed me to push the front axle forward about 6". Has hydro assist as well.

3 link rear, swayaway 3.0x18 coilovers, used some ruffstuff single shock 48" trailing arms cycles about 26" travel.

Truck has airbumps in all corners
It's an automatic.
40" tires on 17" kmc beadlocks

I dont know what I'm doing with this crawler stuff so it's turning out more like a 4800 car lol

@ghanracing since he needed to dust some computer cobwebs off he designed me up a nice lil double sheer for the pitman arm that we cut on my table, then I proceeded to ruin it with my terrible welding lol

Still alot of small things to do before a real shakedown run, but made it to pavement pounder, mall crawler status yesterday...pretty excited to drive this thing. Little less than a year from driving in the garage to driving out of the garage. Stoked
Will definitely be takin bad lines and having good times doin it in this lol

dude! so rad! thanks for repping on the back window!

Did you get your springs in?
I think I'm gunna pull and machine the shaft overlap spacer down 2" since it's like really long make em into 14s , then I can run the 250# spring instead of a 300# for a 12" stroke...want to keep the spring rates as light as possible, makes it more friendly in the rocks

Didn't take alot of pictures but, shakedown was fun no issues really, truck is easily controllable has pretty good manners in the rocks, will do way more than what I'm currently comfortable with lol when truck window is all sky and the rear bumper is dragging on the ground...its a trip lol. Stoked it does very well in the rocks20231223_121920.jpg20231223_122941.jpgreceived_335940539214648.jpeg20231223_133648.jpg

Pretty good, it will crawl up and over things u don't think you can drive over lol and without a struggle, won't spill your beer, and I gotta dial in the shock valving some more but it'll get down on the chewed up fireroads back to the pavement and be able to toss it into a corner decent...its not fast by any means but for a trail crawler rig it does more than enough...pumped on it
