Pretty decent update. Getting this chased with some taps and putting shit back together.

I’m addicted to this gold foil shit. Mainly on areas where the exhaust runs right next to and the engine back/trans tunnel.


Started prepping and spraying the lizard skin sound deadener. Waiting for it to cure to do the heat insulator on top. Also forgot to take a full pic of the first couple coats done.

Got the gas pedal reassembled along with the handbrake

Surprisingly not a lot this time. More with a fuckin drill than an angle grinder. Highly recommend.

Lizard skin is done! Some crispy tape lines for satisfaction. The grey floor should tie in nicely to the grey band of the seats and the black will tie nicely into the black suede on the seats. I’m pretty pumped!

Some more progress. 3rd seat and driver seat are mounted and belted. Ordered the wrong seatbelt for the passenger seat so waiting on that to come in. Got the hand brake/shifter plate mounted again. Interior is starting to look like something now. And also got the front bumps in.

Curry build from early 00's. I've been rebuilding it with the help of some friends. The truck was in rough condition when I got it, wiring especially. Pulled the headliner at some point and found that there were some tubes not fully welded. Started pulling interior and cut some of the body panels off to fix/add tubes. Here's some pics of the original build and current, unfortunately don't have many pics of when it was first built.
