Made quite a bit more progress on the drivers side panels. Finalized steering and got the firewall uniball setup. Getting closer to finalized interior and after that I can move on to mounting rear fenders/tail lights, couple misc things then it’s tear down and Powdercoat time!

Took a break from interior paneling stuff. Removed the rear coils so it’s easier to work on a few things. Patched a couple holes in the roof and mounted the GG Lighting rear brake light.

Pretty decent update.

Front end is together.

pulled the front shocks after to set it on the ground and get the rear fenders done.

This thing full bump is pretty crazy looking. I’m 5’9 for reference.


Started mounting rear glass and made some brackets for some hidden hardware.

bedside glass doesnt seem to match that cab perfectly at the body line where the cab flares out at bottom??

I think that's the shadow from the cab your seeing. Glass looks to fit pretty well!

Lowest point is 4” from the ground. Lowest height at the roof is 57” when bumped.
Glass fits really well actually everything lines up perfectly just a shadow messing with that cab line. Thanks man I’m super pumped to have to this point!

Rear fenders got some tail lights and both are mounted fully now. I need a bigger fuckin garage

Making some pretty big steps! Starting teardown to make room to make brackets and add front brakes. And a few other misc things then it’s game time for cosmetics.


Also got rid of the death trap vevor stands and made a new truck dolly.


These Eversen performance bulkheads are pretty trick also.


And fuck fiberglass.

Down to a small list now! Tearing it down for smaller brackets and things to mount before it goes to Powdercoat.

Unfortunate, mine fit together quite well. I thought the mini fenders were warped at first but, it ended up just being the angle I lined them up at the cab at first.

Mock-up, cut, weld, mount. Down to the short list now!

Sealed the cab off on the back of the cab corners.

Whoever had this truck before me loved drilling holes everywhere. Patched that up on both sides until I can find a nice donor roof. (Harder to come by than I thought with a regular cab.)


Looks pretty wild with everything coming off now.


Had to redo some tubes to fit the ac compressor with a new bracket.


Fucker is close to going to powder. Hopefully end of the week. Also lowballed a dealership on a trailer so hopefully that works out also
