interested to see what you guys think, but in your situation I might consider a 3/4 cage or I think they call it the sport cage. -B pillar back.
I only say that because once you start sending tubes through the dash and floor things start to get out of hand.
My thinking is that…
A 3/4 cage and even a full prefab cage won’t tie into your engine cage to “connect” everything, Including the sheet metal to tie into the body.
unless you are ready to tear the truck apart to do a full cage. a 3/4 might be a good option to knock out in a long weekend, then get you back in the dirt. when you are ready, you can build off that 3/4 cage and push it all the way to the engine compartment.
