Hoopdee 94.0 Bronco

Are you going to tub the rear or just run a wider axle only. I need somebody to start it to show me and also give me motivation to work on my truck that I haven’t touched since I moved last month

Started building a tire carrier. Plan is to make a cradle type one that uses a strap instead of studs and lug nuts. I'm posting a lot of detailed pics because I searched everywhere to try and find carriers that are tie'd into the cage through the body using hiems as pivots and I didn't find any good build pics. I'm still mid process building this thing but here's what I got so far.

I wish I would have seen this before I built mine 😂 well when my carrier starts to take a shit I will be copying this for the version #2

Looks stout 👍
I'm curious to see if the way you did yours holds up. I think with 35's you'll be ok but those ultra wheels and toyos I have are significantly heavier then my alcoa's and yoko's

Love the look of that, but one question and excuse my ignorance.

Could you have moved the bottom him up to come out of the body like the top one for a bit more ground clearance, or not that much of a concern being there are more likely things to get tagged before a swing out?

I probably could have but I did it this way for ease. With the rear cage tie right there it made sense to just go there. Also the tube and bung arm tucked up behind the rear of the bedsides when they are on. If I hit that tube I will have also smashed my bedside so I'll be double pissed.
