Job Title: CNC Programmer & Operator (Part-Time or Full-Time)

We specialize in custom projects that require both attention to detail and the ability to adapt to unique design and engineering challenges. We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Programmer & Operator to join our team.
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced CNC Programmer & Operator who can program and run Haas CNC machines using Autodesk software (e.g., Fusion 360, Inventor, etc.). This position can be part-time or full-time depending on the candidate’s availability and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Program and operate Haas CNC machines efficiently and independently
• Keep machines running with minimal downtime
• Generate tooling lists for each job in advance
• Create material lists required for each project
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects meet quality and timeline expectations
• (Bonus) Design and implement fixtures for parts when needed
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Autodesk CAD/CAM programs (e.g., Fusion 360)
• Strong hands-on experience operating and maintaining Haas CNC machines
• Ability to troubleshoot and keep jobs moving with minimal supervision
• Experience generating tooling and material lists
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Fixture design experience is a significant plus
