Been getting some ideas about a dirt jumper or bmx but don’t know about it I grew up with bmx and had a 21” before selling it to izzyfab and want something to ride at skateparks and go on bike rides wherever with some possible pump tacks and jumps. What’s everyone’s thoughts on the DJ and their uses.

DJ is nice for sure. Pedals better than a BMX. Last time I got on my BMX bike it felt like a clown bike in comparison to a MTB. DJ is fun to pedal around streets/skatepark, obviously nice on the DJs and Pump tracks

Ok yeah I gotta tread some more up on them before pulling the trigger on a new or used one but if they’re still work in skateparks it might have to be my next bike

I’ve found a few on PB but shipping is expensive I’m picky and broke that’s why I’m on OfferUp 🤣I’ve checked eBay too I’m trying to just get something real cheap so I can see if I like it and upgrade if I feel like

I had a Trek Bruiser way back in ought-6, I used it on regular MTB trails and did some jumping with it, I appreciated that I could ride it on trails and it was fun to jump with. And after a while on the 26er BMX bikes felt goofy

I vote DJ rig, also more accommodating for riding around town

On another note, I really wish I never sold that Marzocchi fork I had on that thing. Muhfukka was PLUSH

What a rig.
Good point I assumed he already had another Trail mtb

alright..... so skip the DJ... Sent those 2 vessels to a museum

Pick up a Commencal Meta HT. you can do all the things with it solid bike for pretty cheap new. could probably find one used for $1000 with better parts.

Yeah I feel that but I like jibbing around more than trails that’s why I like the DJ idea I was also checking out the rockhopper from specialized at Incycle
